- There are no prix fixe menus to choose from. Each meal at every event is uniquely crafted to your preferences and price points. This ensures a truly unique and customized experience, every time.
- All food is served fresh from the stoves and ovens in our 3,000 square foot, Wolfgang Puck-designed restaurant kitchen directly to your guests’ plates. We will never serve a meal that was prepared hours before or has been sitting in a warmer. We use only the freshest quality ingredients, and your attendees will taste the difference.
- Our extraordinary beverage selection includes some of the most rare and prized wines and your choice of top-shelf spirits. Our Frank Gehry-designed, portable bars complements our superb beverage selection.
- All our food is served on customized Narumi Bone China and our wine and cocktails are poured in Reidel glassware. Our Four Seasons-trained bartenders and wait staff ensure the service is as first rate as the food and drink.

A native Austrian, Gustav E. Mauler is President and CEO of Gustav International Chartered, a restaurant, hospitality, management and consulting company based in Las Vegas. Mauler influenced changes in the hospitality industry in Las Vegas, paving the way for independent restaurateurs and celebrity chefs to come to the city. He has mentored numerous aspiring chefs who have gone on to become executive chefs at some of Vegas’ top properties and restaurants. As one of only 72 American Culinary Federation Certified Master Chefs, Chef Gustav will create a memorable catering experience that you and your guests won’t soon forget.
